1. If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, you will get the refund of entire amount. To cancel your order kindly mail us on email@example.com along with order no. requesting the cancellation.
2. If you change your mind and cancel the order after its shipment (i.e. unopened item ONLY), you may return any unopened product(s) in its original packaging. You will get the refund after deducting the shipment charges. Please note that the amount of any refund will be credited to your Bank account, as per the details provided by you. In case of manual payment transaction Refund will be processed after receipt of the bank account details from the buyer within a period of 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
3. In case of inventory mismatch at our end, kindly get in touch with our customer care and product will be replaced with the correct order.
4. We take utmost care of the quality of our products and services. However, if any product reaches you in damaged condition please email us from your registered email address at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for return along with its reason and a photograph of the damaged product (please do mention the Order number) within 8 hours of its delivery. Team Egranthalay will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. You need to send us back the damaged product within 7 days after confirmation in email from Egranthalay. Products sent without a consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
5. If any book or Pooja article(s) are in opened/used/damaged condition by the customer, they will not be cancelled/returned/replaced.
